§ 1-324.1. Judgment against corporation; property subject to execution.

§1‑324.1.  Judgment against corporation; property subject to execution.

If a judgment is renderedagainst a corporation, the plaintiff may sue out such executions against itsproperty as is provided by law to be issued against the property of naturalpersons, which executions may be levied as well on the current money as on thegoods, chattels, lands and tenements of such corporation.
