§ 1-33. Actions against bank directors or stockholders.

§1‑33.  Actions against bank directors or stockholders.

The limitations prescribed bylaw do not affect actions against directors or stockholders of any bankingassociation incorporated under the laws of this State, to recover a penalty orforfeiture imposed, or to enforce a liability created by law; but such actionsmust be brought within three years after the discovery by the  aggrieved partyof the facts upon which the penalty or forfeiture attached, or the liabilitywas created.
