§1‑339.74.  Sales on other days validated.

All sales of real or personalproperty made prior to February 27, 1933, by a sheriff of any county in NorthCarolina, in the manner provided by law for sale of real or personal propertyunder execution, on any day other than the day now provided by law are herebyvalidated.

All sales of real and personalproperty made prior to February 14,1939, by a sheriff under execution, or bycommissioner under order of court, in the manner provided by law for sale ofreal or personal property, on any day other than the days now provided by laware hereby validated.

All sales of real or personalproperty made prior to March 10, 1939, by a sheriff of any county in NorthCarolina, in the manner provided by law for sale of real or personal propertyunder execution, on any day other than the day now provided by law, are herebyvalidated.
