§1‑339.77.  Validation of certain sales confirmed prior to time prescribedby law.

From and after June 1, 1953 noaction shall be brought to contest the validity of a decree filed on or beforeDecember 31, 1950, confirming the sale of real or personal property in anyspecial proceeding on the grounds that the decree of confirmation was entered prior to the expiration of the period of time as required by law following thereport of sale.
