§1‑361.  Where proceedings instituted and defendant examined.

Proceedings supplemental toexecution must be instituted in the county in which the judgment was rendered;but the place designated where the defendant must appear and answer must bewithin the county where he resides. (Rev., s. 677; C.S., s. 720.)
