§1‑41.  Action after entry.

No entry upon real estateshall be deemed sufficient or valid, as a claim, unless an action is commencedthereupon within one year after the making of the entry, and within the timeprescribed in this Chapter. (C.C.P., s. 24; Code, s. 145;Rev., s. 385; C.S., s. 431.)
