§1‑567.66.  Applications to superior court.

Except as otherwise provided,an application to the superior court under this Article shall be by motion andshall be heard in the manner and upon the notice provided by law or rule ofcourt for the making and hearing of motions.  Unless the parties have agreedotherwise, notice of an initial application for an order shall be served in themanner provided by law for the service of a summons in an action.
