§ 1‑81.1.  Venue inapportionment or redistricting cases.

(a)        Venue in any actionconcerning any act of the General Assembly apportioning or redistricting Statelegislative or congressional districts lies exclusively with the Wake CountySuperior Court.

(b)        Any action broughtconcerning an act of the General Assembly apportioning or redistricting theState legislative or congressional districts shall be filed in the SuperiorCourt of Wake County. (2003‑434, 1st Ex. Sess., s. 11(a).)
