§100‑14.  Use of fees and other collections.

All fees and other moneycollected and received by the Department of Environment and Natural Resourcesin connection with its proper administration of the North Carolina State ParksSystem shall be used by said Department for the administration, protection,improvement, and maintenance of the State Parks System.
