§100‑6.  Disqualification to vote on work of art, etc.; vacancy.

Any member of the NorthCarolina Historical Commission who  shall be employed by the State to execute awork of art or structure of any kind requiring submission to the North CarolinaHistorical Commission, or who shall take part in a competition for such work ofart or structure, shall be disqualified from voting thereon, and the temporaryvacancy thereby created may be filled by appointment by the Governor.
