§104‑15.  Method of payment of expenses and awards.

Whenever said Commission hasagreed with the owner of any such land or property as to the purchase pricethereof, or the damage for the construction of the inland waterway has finallybeen determined in any condemnation proceeding necessary to secure such land orproperty, the said Commission is hereby authorized and directed to pay all ofsaid sums and other expenses incident thereto by proper warrant upon the sumwhich may be appropriated for said purpose, and all such sums shall constituteand remain a fixed and valid claim against the State of North Carolina untilpaid and satisfied in full.
