§104D‑4.  Supplementary agreements ineffective until funds appropriated.

Any supplementary agreemententered into pursuant to Article VI of the compact and requiring theexpenditure of funds or the assumption of an obligation to expend funds inaddition to those already appropriated shall not become effective as to thisState until the required funds therefor are appropriated by the GeneralAssembly. (1965, c. 858, s. 4.)
