§105‑113.26.  Records to be kept.

Every person required to belicensed under this Article and every person required to make reports underthis Article shall keep complete and accurate records of all sales and otherinformation as required under this Article.  The records shall be in the formprescribed by the Secretary.

These records shall be safelypreserved for a period of three years in a manner to ensure their security andaccessibility for inspection by the Department.  The Secretary may consent tothe destruction of any records at any time within this three‑year period.(1969, c. 1075, s. 2; 1973, c. 476, s. 193; 1993, c. 442, s. 10.)
