§ 105‑113.40A.  Use oftax proceeds.

The Secretary must credit thenet proceeds of the tax collected under this Article as follows:

(1)        An amount equal tothree percent (3%) of the cost price of the products to the General Fund.

(2)        The remainder to theUniversity Cancer Research Fund established under G.S. 116‑29.1.  (2009‑451, s.27A.5(d).)
