§ 105‑113.84.  Report ofresident brewery, resident winery, nonresident vendor, or wine shipperpermittee.

A resident brewery, residentwinery, nonresident vendor, and wine shipper permittee must file a monthlyreport with the Secretary. The report must list the amount of beveragesdelivered to North Carolina wholesalers, importers, and purchasers under G.S.18B‑1001.1 during the month. The report is due by the 15th day of themonth following the month covered by the report. The report must be filed on aform approved by the Secretary and must contain the information required by theSecretary. (1985,c. 114, s. 1; 1998‑95, s. 24; 2000‑173, s. 4; 2003‑402, s.11.)
