§105‑250.  Law applicable to foreign corporations.

All foreign corporations, andthe officers and agents thereof, doing business in this State, shall be subjectto all the liabilities and restrictions that are or may be imposed uponcorporations of like character, organized under the laws of this State, andshall have no other or greater powers.
