§105‑269.1.  Local authorities authorized to furnish office space.

Boards of county commissionersand governing boards of cities and towns are hereby fully authorized andempowered to furnish  adequate and suitable office space for fieldrepresentatives of the Department of Revenue upon request of the Secretary ofRevenue, and are hereby authorized and empowered to make necessary expenditurestherefor.
