§105‑316.2. Requirements for obtaining permit.
(a) In order to obtainthe permits herein provided, persons other than manufacturers and retailers ofmobile homes shall be required to (i) pay all taxes due to be paid by the ownerto the county or to any other taxing unit therein; or (ii) show proof to thetax collector that no taxes are due to be paid; or (iii) demonstrate to the taxcollector that the removal of the mobile home will not jeopardize thecollection of any taxes due or to become due to the county or to any taxingunit therein.
(b) In addition tocomplying with the provisions of subsection (a) above, owners of mobile homesrequired to obtain the permits herein provided shall also furnish the followinginformation to the tax collector:
(1) The name and addressof the owner,
(2) The address orlocation of the premises from which the mobile home is to be moved,
(3) The address orlocation of the place to which the mobile home is to be moved, and
(4) The name and addressof the carrier who is to transport the mobile home. (1975,c. 881, s. 1.)
