§105‑330.8.  (Effective until July 1, 2011) Deadlines not extended.

Except as otherwise providedin this Article, the provisions of G.S. 105‑395.1 and G.S. 103‑5 donot apply to deadlines established in this Article.  (1991, c. 624, s. 1.)

Except as otherwise providedin this Article, the following sections of the General Statutes do not apply:

(1)        G.S. 105‑395.1and G.S. 103‑5.

(2)        G.S. 105‑321(f).
