§ 106‑196. Violation of Article or regulations a misdemeanor.

Any person who violates any provision of this Article, or of the rulesand regulations made under the Article for carrying out its provisions, orfails or refuses to comply with any requirement thereof, or who wilfullyinterferes with agents or employees in the execution, or on account of theexecution, of his or their duties, shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
