§ 106‑21.1.  Feed Advisory Service; fee.

The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall operate aFeed Advisory Service for the analysis of animal feeds in order to provide afeeding management service to all animal producers in North Carolina. A fee often dollars ($10.00) shall accompany each feed sample sent to the Departmentfor testing. A fee of seventy‑five dollars ($75.00) shall accompany eachfeed sample which is to be tested for the presence of fumonisin. (1979, c. 1026; 1989, c. 544, s. 9; 1991, c. 649, s.1; 1997‑261, s. 21.)
