§ 106‑245.13.  Short title; scope; rule ofconstruction.

This Article is named and may be cited as the North Carolina Egg Lawand relates to eggs sold in the State of North Carolina. Words used in thesingular form in this Article shall include the plural, and vice versa as thecause may require. (1965, c. 1138, s.1.)
