§ 106‑245.21. Rules and regulations.

The North Carolina Board of Agriculture is authorized to make andamend, from time to time, such rules and regulations as may be necessary toadminister and enforce the provisions of this Article. Such rules and regulationsshall be published and copies thereof made  available to interested partiesupon request therefor. (1955, c. 213,  s. 8; 1965, c. 1138, s. 1.)
