§ 106‑245.27. Persons punishable as principals.
(a) Whoever commits any act prohibited by any section of thisArticle or aids, abets, induces, or procures its commission, is punishable as aprincipal.
(b) Whoever causes an act to be done which if directly performedby him or another would be a violation of the provisions of this Article, ispunishable as a principal. (1965, c. 1138, s. 1.)
