§ 106‑277.18. Registration and licensing of dealers.

It shall be the duty of the Commissioner and he is hereby authorized torequire each seed dealer selling, offering or exposing for sale in, orexporting from, this State any agricultural or vegetable seeds for seedingpurposes, including packet or package seeds, to register with the Commissionerand to obtain a license annually.
