§ 106‑284.31. Purpose.

The purpose of this Article is to regulate the manufacture anddistribution of commercial feeds in the State of North Carolina and to protecta farmer‑buyer from the manufacturer‑seller of concentrated,commercial feed who might sell substandard or mislabeled feedstuff, and not toprotect from himself a farmer who mixes his own feed.
