§ 106‑284.46. Publication.

The Commissioner shall publish at least annually, in such forms as hemay deem proper, information concerning the sales of commercial feeds, togetherwith such data on their production and use  as he may consider advisable, and areport of the results of the analyses of official samples of commercial feedssold within the State as compared with the analyses guaranteed in theregistration and on the label; provided, that the information concerningproduction and use of commercial feed shall not disclose the operations of anyperson.
