§ 106‑310.  Burial of hogs dying natural deathrequired.

It shall be the duty of every person, firm, or corporation who shalllose a hog by any form of natural death to have the same buried in the earth toa depth of at least two feet within 12 hours after the death of the animal. Anyperson, firm, or corporation that shall fail to comply with the terms of thissection shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor, and shall be fined not lessthan five dollars ($5.00) nor more than ten dollars ($10.00) for each offense,at the discretion of the court.
