§ 106‑322.1.  State‑federalhog‑cholera cooperative agreements; establishment of hog‑choleraeradication areas.

The Commissioner of Agriculture is authorized to enter into cooperativeState‑federal agreements with the United States Department of Agriculturefor the purpose of State‑federal programs for the control and eradicationof hog cholera. The Commissioner of Agriculture may designate individualcounties or two or more counties as hog‑cholera eradication areas. (1963, c. 1084, s. 1.)
