§ 106‑405.18. Implementation of control and eradication program.

The control and eradication of equine infectious anemia in NorthCarolina shall be conducted as far as available funds will permit, and inaccordance with the rules and regulations made by the Board of Agriculture. TheBoard of Agriculture is hereby authorized to cooperate with the U.S. Departmentof Agriculture in the control and eradication of equine infectious anemia. (1973, c. 1198, s. 4.)
