§ 106‑405.8. Enforcement of Part; rules and regulations.

The North Carolina Commissioner of Agriculture is hereby charged withthe administration and enforcement of the provisions of this Part. The NorthCarolina Commissioner of Agriculture, by and with the consent of the StateBoard of Agriculture, shall have full power to cooperate with the United StatesBureau of Animal Industry in the control and eradication of vesicularexanthema.

The Commissioner of Agriculture, by and with the consent of the State Boardof Agriculture, shall have full power to promulgate and enforce such rules andregulations that may hereafter be necessary to carry out the provisions of thisPart. (1953, c. 720, s. 8.)
