§ 106‑405.9. Penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall knowingly violate anyprovisions set forth in this Part or any rule or regulation duly established bythe State Board of Agriculture, or any officer or inspector who shall willfullyfail to comply with any provisions of this Part shall be guilty of a Class 1misdemeanor.
