§ 106‑451.13. Suspension and revocation of license.

The Commissioner, or his designated representative, may, afteropportunity for hearing has been afforded to the licensee concerned, suspend orrevoke any license to any warehouseman conducting a warehouse under thisArticle, for any violation of or failure to comply with any provision of thisArticle or of the rules and regulations made hereunder, or upon the ground thatunreasonable or exorbitant charges have been made for services rendered.
