§ 106‑462.  Saleunder name other than that of true owner prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell oroffer for sale or cause to be sold, or offered for sale, any leaf tobacco uponthe floors of any leaf tobacco warehouse, in the name of any person, firm orcorporation, other than that of the true owner or owners thereof, which trueowner's name shall be registered upon the warehouse sales book in which it isbeing offered for sale.
