§ 106‑511.  Recordsto be kept; may be read in evidence.

The secretary of such society shall keep a fair record of itsproceedings in a book provided for that purpose, which may be read in evidencein suits wherein the corporation may be a party. (1852, c. 2, s. 5; R.C., c. 2, s. 12; Code, s. 2226;Rev., s. 3876; C.S., s. 4948.)
