§ 106‑520.1.  Definition.

As used in this Article, the word "fair" means a bona fideexhibition designed, arranged and operated to promote, encourage and improveagriculture, horticulture, livestock, poultry, dairy products, mechanicalfabrics, domestic economy, and 4‑H Club and Future Farmers of Americaactivities, by offering premiums and awards for the best exhibits thereof orwith respect thereto.
