§ 106‑531. Discrimination prohibited; restriction on use of funds.

The Authority shall not permit:

(1)        Any discrimination against the sale, on any of the marketsunder their control, of any farm product because of type of operator or area ofproduction.

(2)        The use of any of its funds for any purpose other than forthe support, necessary expansion, and operation of this State marketing system,or the use of any of its funds to establish any retail market or to build orfurnish more than one market in any town. (1941, c. 39, s. 4.)
