§ 106‑549.84. Movement of contaminated animals forbidden.

(a)        No person shall ship, transport, or otherwise move, ordeliver, or receive for movement, any animal, animal product, or animal feedunder detention or quarantine pursuant to G.S. 106‑549.82, except underwritten permit of the Commissioner and in accordance with the conditions statedin such written permission, or until the detention or quarantine order has beenrevoked by written order of the Commissioner.

(b)        No person shall ship, transport, or otherwise move, ordeliver  or receive for movement any animal, animal product, or animal feedwhich he knows, or by the exercise of reasonable care would know, contains orbears a biological residue which exceeds the tolerances established or approvedby the Board.
