§ 106‑568.1.  Policy as to joint action offarmers.

It is declared to be in the public interest that North Carolina farmersproducing agricultural products of all kinds, including cotton, tobacco,peanuts, soybeans, potatoes, vegetables, berries, fruits, livestock, livestockproducts, poultry and turkeys, and any other agricultural products havingdomestic and/or foreign markets, be permitted to act jointly in cooperation witheach other in encouraging an expanding program of agricultural research and thedissemination of agricultural research findings.
