§ 106‑568.18.  Policy as to joint action offarmers.

It is hereby declared to be in the public interest that the farmers ofNorth Carolina who produce flue‑cured tobacco be permitted and encouragedto act jointly in promoting and stimulating, by organized methods and throughthe medium established for such purpose, export trade for flue‑curedtobacco and the use of tobacco everywhere.
