§ 106‑637. Authority of Board to accept gifts, enter contracts, etc.
The Board is authorized to accept gifts, grants, or donations from anysource for the purpose of promoting and protecting the bee and honey industry.The Board is authorized to issue grants or enter contracts or agreements forthe furtherance of the purpose of this Article. (1977, c. 238, s. 4.)
