§ 106‑65.77.  Rulesand regulations.

The Commissioner shall have authority to adopt such other rules andregulations as he deems necessary to further effectuate the purposes of thisArticle. All rules and regulations issued under this Article shall be adoptedand published in accordance with any additional requirements prescribed in thisArticle. (1975, c. 958, s. 11.)
