§ 106‑664. Determination and publication of commercial values.

For the purpose of determining the commercial values to be appliedunder the provisions of G.S. 106‑665, the Commissioner shall determineand publish annually the values per pound of nitrogen, available phosphate, andsoluble potash in commercial fertilizers in this State. The values sodetermined and published shall be used in determining and assessing penalties. (1947, c. 1086, s. 9; 1977, c. 303, s. 10; 1993, c.216, s. 5.)
