§ 108A‑27.15.  Assistance not an entitlement;appeals.

(a)        Any assistance programs established under this Part, whetheradministered by the Department or the counties, are not entitlements, andnothing in this Part shall create any property right.

(b)        The Standard Work First Program is a program of temporarypublic assistance for the purpose of an appeal under G.S. 108A‑79. (1997‑443, s. 12.6.)
