§ 108A-44. State funds to counties. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 108A‑44.  Statefunds to counties.

(a)        Appropriations made under this Part by the General Assemblyto the Department, together with grants of the federal government (when suchgrants are made available to the State) shall be used exclusively for assistanceto needy persons eligible under this Part.

(b)        Allotments shall be made annually by the Department to thecounties participating in the program established by this Part.
