§ 108A‑45. Participation.

The State‑County Special Assistance for Adults Programestablished by this Part shall be administered by all the county departments ofsocial services under rules and regulations adopted by the Social ServicesCommission and under the supervision of the Department. Provided that,assistance for certain disabled persons shall be provided solely at the optionof the county.
