§ 108A‑72.  Socialservices checks payable to decedents.

In the event of the death of a recipient of a cash payment service, anycheck or checks payable to such recipient but not endorsed prior to suchrecipient's death shall be returned to the issuing agency, made void, andreissued to the provider of the service. (1981, c. 275, s. 1.)
