§ 108A‑87. Allocation of nonfederal shares.

(a)        The nonfederal share of the annual cost of each publicassistance and social services program and related administrative costs may bedivided between the State and counties as determined by the General Assemblyand in a manner consistent with federal laws and regulations.

(b)        The nonfederal share of the annual cost of public assistanceand social services programs and related administrative costs provided toIndians living on federal reservations held in trust by the United States ontheir behalf shall be borne entirely by the State.
