§ 10B‑136.  Form ofevidence of authority of electronic notarial act.

Electronic evidence of theauthenticity of the official electronic signature and electronic seal of anelectronic notary of this State, if required, shall be attached to, orlogically associated with, a notarized electronic document transmitted toanother state or nation and shall be in the form of an electronic certificateof authority signed by the Secretary in conformance with any current andpertinent international treaties, agreements, and conventions subscribed to bythe government of the United States.
