§ 110‑98. Mandatory compliance.

It shall be unlawful for any person to:

(1)        Offer or provide child care without complying with theprovisions of this Article; or

(2)        Advertise without disclosing the child care facility'sidentifying number that is on the license or the letter of compliance. (1971, c. 803, s. 1; 1985, c. 757, s. 156(ee); 1987,c. 788, s. 9; 1997‑506, s. 12.)
